Shopping at BRIGHT BABY is very straight forward: You can search by Baby Boy, Baby girl and Unisex, or to see the whole collection just look under Baby Grows. Once you have found a baby grow that you fall in love with, choose the size then choose the colour and click on the 'ADD TO SHOPPING BAG' button on the product page. Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the 'SHOPPING BAG' link at the top of the page. Click on 'PROCEED TO PURCHASE' to complete your order.
You can shop at BRIGHT-BABY without creating an account. However, if you register with us, you'll be able to save your address and card details so you can shop even quicker next time!

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Visa Debit, Visa Delta, Electron and JCB cards. All payments are processed through a secure checkout system provided by Barclays merchant. First-time orders must also be sent to the cardholder's billing address or work address. This process is not only for your security but so we can verify your details independently. To ensure that you don't experience any delays to your order, please make sure all your details are entered correctly. If we have not sent your item out already then we will be happy to make any changes. If you need to make any amendments, please call customer care on xxxx (UK) or +44 xxx (internationally) for assistance.
Making a return or exchange is easy. You have 28 days to decide whether to keep your items and if you decide it is not quite right for your baby, we will be happy to offer you a full refund as long as the items are not used and in perfect condition. You will be refunded on the same method with which you have paid for the item. All you have to do is complete the RETURNS FORM that was in your parcel and send it back to us with the item.
If you have received a gift and you don't like it (hard for us to believe) then we will happily change it for another baby grow of your choice. Just send the baby grow back to us with its gift receipt and we will contact you to arrange the exchange over the phone or via email.
All returns and exchanges need to be sent to our Bright Baby headquarters: BRIGHT BABY LTD, 55a Harvist Road, London, NW6 6EX. Remember you must include the Returns form when you send the baby grow back or we wont know who it is from!
Your refund will be issued to the original credit card used to place the order. Shipping costs are not refunded for items unless your items are faulty. Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
There is no charge to exchange items for a different size, however all exchanges are based on stock availability. Shipping is also free on the replacement item. All you have to do is complete the RETURNS FORM that was in your parcel and send it back to us with the item and what you want to exchange it for.
Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 28 days. Returns outside these time-frames may be accepted at the discretion of Bright Baby and may only be refunded as a store credit.
Items should be returned new, unused, and with all Bright Baby garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. All items returned should have a return form completed and sent with. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender. Faulty goods: Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced. Colors: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on Bright Baby. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately. Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible. Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.
